We are a competitive wrestling club with athletes starting at 5 years old. Our goal is to develop wrestlers so that they can achieve at the highest levels locally, regionally and nationally. We offer programs for all ages and skill levels throughout the year.

What time are the practices?
When school is in session, private lessons are before and after school. High School practice begins at 4:30pm and runs to 6pm, Youth practice runs from 6pm to 7:30pm. Athletes should be there ten minutes early with wrestling shoes on and stretching on their own so that we can begin warmups on time. When school is in session we may have adjusted times to this schedule.
How long are the practices?
Typically 90 mins. All wrestlers are encouraged to come early and stay late when able.
What will my child need?
All athletes will need wrestling shoes, headgear, mouthpiece, shorts, and tshirt.
How much is it?
Depending on age and level of commitment there are different options available.

How is the practice structured?
Practices are typically broken down into wrestling specific warm-ups, technique, situational drilling, and sparring.
Why train year round?
This program is committed to helping our athletes achieve their goals. We realize that the key to success is hard work and committing countless hours to the tasks that will bring desired results. – In short there are many opportunities to learn, compete, and grow throughout the year, for kids wanting to be at a higher level that is what they need to reach their goals.
What if my kid can only go half the time?
We encourage everyone of our athletes to not miss any practices however, we understand that everyone has a busy schedule and we allow some tardiness and absences but training will not pause, slow down, or rewind for any athletes.
What is the cancellation policy for a Membership?
Memberships may be cancelled at any time with no fees.
Are parents allowed to watch practice?
Parents are allowed in the practice room. We want all of our athletes to have the maximum level of focus on the coaching staff and their instruction. If it is a hindrance in any way we will ask parents to please wait outside or leave and come back in. There are always exceptions; however to ensure results we must limit all distractions.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes. Wrestlers need to ask the coach they choose to set up lessons. You can send us a message and request rates through the contact page.
